Oh, I so needed to see that this morning as I contemplate not writing a blog post.

What a timely post, Kelly and Peggy, and I thank you for writing it! I am so used to running on adrenalin and stress and a tight schedule that I often fail to appreciate the quiet/relaxing times that are so necessary for me. I stopped writing on my blog for nearly 3 weeks because of it but blogging should've been something I kept up with because there are so many blessings (like reading this post) here and a community that keeps me centered. Thanks for this post and thanks for keeping it going every week! You have no idea how many lives you touch when you write!
