Plus, it has a B-I-N-G-O ring to it, but sounds more modern. His middle name is Cornelius, which just cracks us up.<BR/><BR/>Lilly Elizabeth came from the shelter with the name Daisy, which I hated. So, we stayed in the flower theme. I wanted to go with Poppy Anne, but my husband couldn't get the Seinfeld episode out of his head where the character Poppy pees on Jerry's sofa, so that idea got nixed.<BR/><BR/>My late Dal was named Penelope Grace. She came with the name Gracie, but I really wanted something more unusual.<BR/><BR/>There's a really good article from several years ago in BARK magazine by Patricia McConnell on the science of dog names.
